This is what we call "Enuri" (bargaining) and "Deom" (giving a little extra for free). It’s not about being stingy; it’s about the connection between the buyer and the seller. When a vendor throws in an extra potato or a handful of beans for free, they are saying, "I recognize you, and I value our relationship."
